"The room was clean, spacious, warm (we stayed in January) and well equipped. We were able to check in earlier than we thought which was a bonus. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and staff always helpful and friendly. Hotel situated about a 10 minute walk to the tram station with a direct route to the centre. Nothing to fault during our stay."

"There was no wardrobe, kettle, or hair dryer, which was inconvenient. The hot water was not always available, so the cold water came out when I was taking a shower, which was inconvenient in the cold weather."
