The studio was very nice. It was very clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Being able to park in a garage was very nice also. The host is very kind and gives excellent communication and instructions. I would be very happy to stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay. The room as clean, had a kitchen and fridge and all utensils and appliances you could want. Host was friendly and professional. Short walk to beach. Near restaurants and food trucks.

Connie, the host, was great! We had everything we needed for beach fun. The beach is a very short walk and during the week not crowded at all. Fun place and great food nearby, including the pizza food truck next to where we stayed! Definitely will make it back here for a beach stay. Very quiet and relaxing.

Nice clean studio apartment within a short walk to beach located on beach side. We really liked being able to park in the garage! Owner was very responsive to our messages! Sunrises/sunsets were spectacular!! We will be back!!!!

Property is brand new, nicely equipped and well designed. No added cost garage is a big plus! Host does everything beyond well. The property is intimate and perfect for a couple or couple with 1-2 small children. Clean and cool upon arrival. Steps from the beach with a superstar host

Connie is the best. I’m a returning guest and will keep coming back. This an amazing place and location. Connie is so friendly and accommodating. Everything a host should be and more. I love how close the beach is and all the restaurants within walking distance. “Thank you” so much Connie for being the perfect host. We will definitely be returning soon!!!!!

Relaxation!

The propery was beautiful and clean inside and out. So close to the beach! The owner was so hospitable giving us access to beach chairs, wagons, etc. This was the most peaceful and comfortable stay we have ever had at the beach! Thank you for sharing with us Connie!

Amazing location, with cute, clean and cozy property!

My wife and I had such an amazing time during our stay at this cute and cozy studio. The location is close to the beach with a little bit of a walk but not having to cross hwy 98 was very convenient for us. Plenty of places to eat near by as well. Finally, our host was super accommodating and hospitable with excellent communication. Loved our stay and will definitely be back.

lovely little gem...

we loved it.... of course we love mexico beach and finding this little gem was perfect. the only thing i could say that would be a little better would be a lower fan lol it was high u couldn't really stay cool and my husband sweats and is hot natured so next time we will bring a fan. It has no kurig coffee pot but thats not a deal breaker we bring our own from our camper anyways.. she had evertythin we needed for the beach also...

Excellent Stay!

I came for a quiet getaway with my mom and teenage daughter. The studio is on the bottom floor below the owners. Which was convenient in case I needed them. Everything was very clean. I was very impressed. Lots of storage for your clothes, groceries, and whatever else. And then the added bonus for me was the outdoor shower, which was amazing after being on the beach all day. Also, the owner had lots of beach essentials for you to use such as chairs, boogie boards, a wagon, toys, etc. Everything you would need for the beach. Also, you get to park your vehicle in a covered garage. Literally one minute walk to the beach. Conveniently located near eatery’s and shops.

1st beach baecation

A cute, cozy purple themed hideaway. Underneath the owners property and on the group floor. A short relaxing walk to the beach that made lunch breaks incredibly easy. We woke early each day and walked or took a drive to any of the good coffee shops nearby before spending the rest of the morning and afternoon beside the ocean.

AMAZING PURPLE HAZE

Connie is the reason VRBO is so amazing. I can’t say enough about how awesome she is. The studio apartment was outstanding. Everything is brand new and very nice. Having your own garage is the icing on the cake. The location is within walking distance to the beach and many great dining options. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Connie.

Connie and her family were great, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, and had everything we needed. The beach was just down the road. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place as a great place to spend your vacation.

We had a great time, Connie was polite and responded quick to anything we needed! It takes literally a minute to walk to the beach it’s a great spot and no one is beating the price!

Great little spot

Great studio apartment. Washer, dryer, cooking range and refrigerator. Garage parking was a plus for keeping vehicle out of the weather. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!
