THNGS TO NOTE:
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

House was nice, but we had two BATS in our rooms that have traumatized myself and my grandchildren!! House smelled moldy/mildew, walk to the beach was more of hike,sink sprayed water everywhere, it was fixed the day before our departure..
