「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「When I want a quick Costa Rican vacation I always stay within Reserva Conchal where this unit is located. The unit is simply fantastic. It has everything you need in the house including laundry. The home was clean, the host was very responsive for the one small issue we had and overall the place was fantastic and well priced.The only thing I wish the unit had was a BBQ on the patio, but there is one at the pool which we used while we waited out the rain. Overall I would highly recommend this...

「This was our second stay. We live 2 hours away, and this condo has become our favorite "staycation" spot. We returned becasue it is dog friendly, clean, and the managment is competent, kind, and non invasive. 」

「Enjoyed our stay. Room on top floor so view was amazing. Bedrooms are upstairs so with doors closed no sounds carried. Pool just for this complex - so for most of the days very few people - pool to our selves. Need a vehicle but parking area covered to keep it cool」

「We enjoyed our stay at Reserva Conchal. The unit was spacious so we were comfortable having friends and family. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor space was lovely. The resort is fabulous. There is much to do with the Beach Club and the Spa included with the stay. The shower pressure is weak so we sometimes opted to shower at the spa. We loved seeing monkeys why we were hanging out on the veranda. Ana responded promptly whenever we needed anything!」
