T Loft at Playa Hermosa was an amazing experience for me. It was my first time traveling to Costa Rica alone and I was a bit nervous before the trip but that all went away as soon as I arrived. The number one important thing for me was to feel safe and secure and T Loft ended up being the perfect place for me. The place was wonderful. It was clean with up-to-date amenities, it was quiet at night, and an overall smooth check-in and check-out process. The host upgraded me to a larger space as soon as I arrived so shoutout to him! Thank you so much! Also, the loft is a short 5-minute walk to a fantastic beach that has plenty of places to eat, drink, and relax. The sunsets were absolutely perfect. I will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you for giving me an unforgettable experience in Costa Rica!

Hidden gem, a calm retreat minutes from local restaurants and a beautiful beach. The loft was very clean and the owner was on premises to answer any questions. I would stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

Loved this place! Quick walk to the beach (everything is walkable in Playa Hermosa). Our loft was spotless, bed was very comfortable. Large yard with pool and shade was very lovely for lounging. Eric was very welcoming. Definitely would return!

Eric was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was immaculately clean. The unit itself was very clean and high tech, with a great AC unit. The walk to the beautiful beach takes 3 minutes, but there's a ditch crossing along the way that might be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues.

I enjoyed my stay here. As much as I would love to say it was awful and keep this place to myself I can’t. It was great. It’s difficult to find something on this beach that is both affordable and nice. This meets both. I am building a place near by and until it’s completed this will definitely be my go to place. The host is a very friendly Ticco. It’s very new. Nothing but good things to say.

We spent a full week at T-Loft, and our experience was exceptional. The place is brand new, spotless, and ideally located — grocery stores, restaurants, and a majestic, quiet beach are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is calm, safe, and welcoming, making it easy to enjoy the area even without a car. The loft itself is spacious, bright, and very well designed. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave, air fryer), a large comfortable bed, a cozy living area with TV, and a spectacular nature-style bathroom with skylights and an open brick wall where the rain gently flows — a one-of-a-kind experience. The pool is beautiful and always clean, ideal for relaxing after the beach. We stayed there as a couple, but the space would also be perfect for a small family with two young children thanks to the calm surroundings and smart layout. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Truly a hidden paradise! 🌿✨Thank you for everything Erick!

We had a wonderful stay at T Loft in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica, hosted by Eric — it truly exceeded our expectations. Eric personally designed and created this place, and you can feel his vision in every detail. The property is beautiful, new, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with modern technology and fast, reliable internet. All materials feel high-quality and comfortable, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is unforgettable — it feels like being outdoors, with a stunning stone wall where rainwater flows naturally during rainfall, turning a simple shower into a magical experience. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, including a multicooker, a large refrigerator with ice, and everything needed for cooking. The sleeping area was amazing — a huge comfortable bed, soft linens, and thoughtful details like bedside lighting and automatic phone charging. The only small thing missing was a full-length mirror, so I ended up using the bathroom door reflection — which actually made me smile every morning and became a cute little ritual. Eric personally showed us the property with pride and care, and you can truly feel the love he put into creating this space. He even prepared beach chairs and towels for us. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away and feels peaceful and uncrowded. Thank you, Eric — your dedication is deeply appreciated. We would happily return!

The place was located in a small neighborhood that gave it a real Costa Rican feel. It was very spacious, modern & clean. It was a smart home equipped with all the essentials. Sergio was an awesome host that made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

The inside of the property is decent, clean, and modern. The interior spaces look like the photos and provide a comfortable enough place to rest after a day out. Future guests should know that this is not a standard hotel with traditional amenities, staff, or services. Furthermore, the surrounding neighborhood is not quite tourist-friendly or the ideal vacation spot that the average person would want. It is located in a residential area that is off the main road, and returning after dark can be daunting. The entrance to the property can get very muddy when it rains, so be mindful of that. If you are just looking for a decent bed to sleep in and don't care about the location, it works. Just make sure you know exactly what area you are paying for before booking. Read the description carefully. Overall, this property has a decent modern interior design and request for in-home service was addressed promptly.

T Loft was very accommodating to our needs, the lofts are fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a highlight, and the close proximity to the beach through an access trail right next door. The staff were very friendly and the location was very secure and walkable.

Easy check in and out. Very modern and clean. Rooms had everything you needed and then some. Provided beach chairs for us to use while going to the beach. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Carmen and Martha were very helpful and even to the point taking us to a pathway so we could walk to small grocery store that would have taken us a lot longer if we went the way we came in by car. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful pool area where you could sit and relax and take in all the sounds surrouding you. from Howler monkeys to various birds.
