「Nice」

「Very nice facility 」

「Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. 」

「Staff was nice, but the whole hotel needs major updating and renovations. There is no gym and it hasn’t been available for a long time so that should be removed from website. Breakfast was the same thing every day with no fruit, protein or yogurt. In terms of the room, bed/bedding was clean but the room itself was questionable as everything is old, run down making it look unclean and gross: carpet, bathtub, tiles, flooring, walls, doors.」

「We’ve stayed here 4 out of the last 5 weekends while visiting family. Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean, and the overall facility (which is new) is modern, bright and beautiful. My wife loved the hands-free, automated pancake machine! lol. It’s a great choice for your stay in the area and conveniently located near the turnpike. Highly recommended.」

「The staff was courteous, especially Kumar, and I am assuming his son. The rooms were clean, and smelled fine. The floors took a little while to warm up, but other than that, climate control in the room worked great. I would visit this establishment again.」

「The room was clean. However, 2 of the containers were off the wall, laying on the counter. All three, soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and looked like it hadn't been filled in a while. The ice maker was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while. The hotels' web site advertises a continental breakfast. Nope. In fact, when we stayed there in 2023, they said that they hadn't served the breakfast since covid. 「The room needed updates and repairs - grouting in the tub area was discoloring and missing, bolts that anchored the toilet were missing the coverings, sheets did not fit properly and were sliding off the mattress, sheets were also thin and worn. 」
