「Easy to check in, super clean room, great bathroom! The hot tub was amazing, the outdoor area is beautiful and the trail is very easy to walk, good for kids. It seems you are very far away, but there are restaurants, a pharmacy and a market within 3 minutes. The receptionist was very friendly, offered us a voucher to pick up sweets at a store in the center of town since it was Halloween. The acoustics aren't the best, you could hear everyone passing by in the hallway.」

「We checked in to this hotel after a long drive in the rain...it was late. After 10pm there were kids running up and down the halls after 10 and we called the front desk, nobody answered. When asked to please stop running and yelling in the halls their parents confronted us and threatened to smash our face-their words. I approached the front desk fearing for our safety but nobody was there. When I went back to my room the parents continued a shouting match at us. After a few minutes we heard male...

「just what we needed!」

「We had a great stay at The Berkshires! This property is styled as a cozy midcentury modern destination, and the decor certainly lives up to that! The room itself, as well as the lobby and common areas, were gorgeously designed, and the outdoor fire pits made for an excellent reading spot after dark. During our stay, there were a few other guests, but the lobby was quiet and we rarely encountered other people. Staffing seems minimal, but friendly and helpful. I'm assuming peak tourist season...

「Charged me a resort fee for amenities that were not even available because they were all broken and not usable.」

「Very clean and welcoming room. Staff man was very helpful and conscientious」
