South Side Paradise

This drop dead gorgeous townhouse is a historic building that boasts all hardwood floors, large common area including immaculate kitchen, and free off street parking for up to 4 cars.

This location is close to Three Rivers Heritage Trail (walking/biking along the river), a 10 min walk to downtown, a 10 min drive to Oakland Hospitals and Universities (Pitt & CMU)

Perfect for professionals, doctors, students or business travelers who need to be close to Oakland or Downtown Pittsburgh.

Please note that outdoor security cameras are being installed, one on each of the four sides of the building. With a wide angle view the entire perimeter of the building is covered. There are no cameras indoors, and the purpose of the outdoor cameras is for security only.

The property was great. The bedrooms are spacious. The house is on a very busy city street but staying here you are close to most things happening within the city limits.

Over and Beyond
I discovered 1.5 hrs outside of Pittsburgh on my way back to Canada that I left my purse with my passport, credit cards and phone in it, on the kitchen counter. Stacey agreed to get it for me and meet me half way back on the highway and return it to me. She saved the day for sure! I was soooo appreciative. The house is well cared for, beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It is however on the South Side so definitely not one of the tonier neighbourhoods! Traffic noise at night is loud in the front bedrooms so bring your earplugs. Very close walk to bars and restaurant - lots of tattoo shops etc if you are in to that!

A fantastic place to stay
Half an hour from the airport, 10 mins walk from the giant eagle, 5 mins walk from some fantastic bars and restaurants the location is perfect. The property itself is brilliamt, immaculatly clean with a great kitchen, excellent water pressure and really comfy beds. Before arrival I was a little concerned about noise from the street, but wasnt an issue at all in our stay even though the steelers were playing. Brilliant place to stay.

Church Conference
Excellent accommodations for a group of 5 unrelated people. Everything worked properly. Beds, linens, towels are of good quality. Nice furniture. You do need to be able to do stairs comfortably. There is no railing to the third floor. Bring ear plugs to cancel noise from the street. We would definately stay here again.
