「Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable」

「Conditions: Bad -Kitchen fanitured, but cooking stoves didn't heat -Coffee machine placed, but didn't work -Bathroom light intermittently turned off, and stopped lighting eventurelly Staff: most staffes are heartful, but a rude female staff employed. She didn't take a sincere attitude to a non English-native customer, but shouted rudely when that customer didn't understand her usage of idiom. Breakfast are surved, but only instant oat meal, muffins, and granola bars every morning.」

「This hotel has been sold back to a franchisee from the main company, and has recently been "spruced up." The newly painted walls looked nice, I like the breakfast and the cocktail "hour" but there are some things that we were not impressed with. We have been coming to this venue for many times over the years. One primary reason is the Margarita at Pine Creek which is a favorite restaurant and just a very short walk out the back door. We generally come down from Denver during the day, have...

「I was orinally going to give this Hotel a wonderful review but after they chargred me 200 for a deposit and wouldn't give back due to dog hair left in the room. This is a pet friend hotel and the dog was service animal. They claimed that the hair left was damages.」

「Beautiful place to stay. The property is incredible. Wonderful breakfast at the castle.」

「Overall stay was great, they could improve on the pillows. However my biggest complaint is they need to improve on maintain customers animals who stay there. Not let them around the breakfast area or lobby. I was eating my breakfast and a random dog came to my table. Hotel staff directed them to get there dog, only for her to pickup the dog in her arms and walked through the line beside the food. Gross」

「Loved that the pool area had long open hours! Nice breakfast included!」
