「ポンペイ遺跡を観光するために、夫婦で2日間滞在しました。 ホテルは建物の中にあり、その建物の入口には表示がなかったため場所に迷いましたが、隣のお店の人が入り方を教えてくれました。 ホテルは清潔で、広くて、無料のミニバーがあり、快適でした。 また、私達はイタリア語はもちろん、英語もあまり得意ではありませんでしたが、マヌエラさんは親切に接してくれました。とても感謝しています。 ホテルの前の坂を下ると、とてもきれいな海が見えます。8月のナポリは暑かったので、坂道で売っていたフローズンレモンが最高に美味しかったです。」

「Very clean and nice accommodations. Massimo was very helpful with transportation coordination and thoughtful with quick snack breakfast options in the room to accommodate our daily early tour departures, which fell outside breakfast hours. Location is very convenient and wolkable to city center, attractions and port. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Massimo.」

「La Gemma was a beautiful place to stay. The host, Gemma, was such a lovely and hospitable person, making us feel welcome the moment we booked. She went above and beyond with our room and booking, walking us through maps of the area and events happening during our stay. She was also so kind and playfor with our 1 year old, giving her toys and making her a balloon animal. Breakfast was tailored and delicious. Overall a fantastic stay.」

「MILUAR Relais - Donnaregina’s location is perfect for exploring Naples old town. The Vico or street is well lit and rather quiet. Roberta is a wonderful host and can provide information to help you navigate this vibrant city. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this to anyone I know visiting Naples.」

「We were picked up at the airport by a wonderful driver, Alex, who offered ideas for places to eat and what to eat. We did as he suggested. Arianna, the host of the hotel, met us and showed us to our spacious, newly renovated room. Fortunately there’s an elevator to accommodate large bags. Napoli is a busy, noisy city, yet our room was calming and quiet. Good stay! 」

「The property and room was great and organisation of the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was good. Matteo was a great host, very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a lot of noise from street level which made it difficult to sleep - perhaps better soundproofing would be good. 」

「The place itself is bright, fresh and newly renovated. Its located right in the heart of the bustle. It is quite loud later in the night as many ppl are outside. The host arranged transportation to the airport however driver never showed up but we managed to dind our own transportation. 」
