It’s Room is the PERFECT place to stay while you are in Napoli! The communication was quick and easy. Finding the place was easy and all the instructions made sense. The actual room was INCREDIBLE!! Very spacious, super clean and we given a mini bar of goodies upon entering our room. The shopping was amazing! And we truly had the best pizza and fried calamari at Pizzeria Capass! We had an incredible stay at Its Room! I booked this hotel for the first part of my partners 40th birthday and it was fantastic. We visited Naples for a football game and to enjoy the city and surrounding area and this hotel was the perfect base for our trip. Super easy check in and check out, the team was always ready to help with extras and quick with communication. The location is perfect, feeling safe and right next to all the best spots in Naples! The location of this hotel was fantastic. We walked out of our door and into central Naples. However, the room itself was very quiet. The staff were very attentive to our needs including assisting with cleaning and information when one of our group was sick. The shower did have some difficulties, but we revived prompt help via WhatsApp

If anything should be changed, it is topping up the Nespresso caps daily and some better complimentary shampoo, soap and lotion… but that is an easy minor change. The apartment was right in the centre of the Spanish Quarter which was fantastic as everything was close by. The apartment was really nice, bathroom great, large bedroom and lounge area. Beautifully decorated and very stylish. Very quiet inside. Being very picky, fluffier pillows would be nice. Also, on arrival we struggled to open the outer door to the apartment but the owner arrived and showed us the knack of pulling the door and then pushing it open. Really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

It’s great location to be in the bustle of historic Naples! The room and bathroom is spacious and very clean and comfortable! The ac works great!! There is also a small fridge which is very nice to have small snaccs and water store. The building feels very safe considering it is in a busy area, we felt comfortable that no one can just walk in. The only downside is that during business hours, 9-7 pm, there are no car access, since the street shops are all open and it’s pedestrian only. So getting dropped off or picked up can be cumbersome with your luggages as you do need to walk to where the car is allowed to be. During our stay, we found out there is an easier spot to be picked up, much closer than if you just give the actual address of accomodation.
