Our accommodations were perfect, great location, the staff was very responsive to any questions we had. Our room was on the smaller side, but worked for 2 nights, it was clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary mini bar was very nice. It’s Room is the PERFECT place to stay while you are in Napoli! The communication was quick and easy. Finding the place was easy and all the instructions made sense. The actual room was INCREDIBLE!! Very spacious, super clean and we given a mini bar of goodies upon entering our room. The shopping was amazing! And we truly had the best pizza and fried calamari at Pizzeria Capass! Great people, great location, fantastic stay!

We had an incredible stay at Its Room! I booked this hotel for the first part of my partners 40th birthday and it was fantastic. We visited Naples for a football game and to enjoy the city and surrounding area and this hotel was the perfect base for our trip. Super easy check in and check out, the team was always ready to help with extras and quick with communication. The location is perfect, feeling safe and right next to all the best spots in Naples! Completely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Small but well located

We arrived in the dark. We figured out the gate and were able to enter. We took the small elevator to the fourth floor as instructed. The entry was dark. One of the other guests was smoking outside the entry and told us where the reception desk was. The rooms come off of the reception area. They are small, well designed. Bed was comfortable. Ecofriendly very functional shower was appreciated.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. We walked out of our door and into central Naples. However, the room itself was very quiet. The staff were very attentive to our needs including assisting with cleaning and information when one of our group was sick. The shower did have some difficulties, but we revived prompt help via WhatsApp
