This hotel was able to find me a room on very short notice when my planned rental was unusable. The staff were so helpful and understanding of the situation. The hotel is in a rough area of Naples but is conveniently located across from the train stations. My room was clean - very simple but perfect for a two night stay.

A clean, well maintained hotel that was very convenient to Napoli Central Station (an easy 4 minute walk) and nearby many wonderful pizzerias as well. The staff was helpful and the rooms were large, clean and with a fully stocked convenience bar. I would gladly stay there again in the future.

The room was incredibly clean, and the staff was super fast with check in and check out. They were friendly and answered all our questions. The bed was large and very comfortable. The area is not necessarily a bad area, it just typical of a central station, busy and a little bit dirty, but it offers great and efficient metro to the attractions of Naples, like the Duomo, the Spanish Quarter and more. If you book an activity, most of the tours come to hotels (i.e. Starhotels Terminus) around the central station, which is 5 minute walk from this hotel so recommend for that reason. The only problem is the lift is very slow coming to the reception and very small.

Pros. 5 minute walk from central train station. Also 3 min walk to metro local subway. . Rooms are good and clean. Did not try their breakfast as there are plenty of eateries just steps away. Cons. Its in a bit seedier part of town. The bathrooms are cramped The elevator is bit noisy, no big deal.

Convient location. Everything is new and clean. Room was small but well done. Neighborhood is a bit iffy but the convenience to the train made it perfect.

The staff seemed nice enough. The room was okay if we were only staying a night, but we did three nights and couldn't wait to leave. The area did not feel safe. But, we could walk to the bus and train depot easily. Would not stay here or in this area again!

Even with 2 people, the neighbourhood was shall we say, intense. I wouldn’t walk alone at night. The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it was close to the train. I felt safe walking to and from the property, but across the street from the hotel felt a bit sketchy. But once inside it seemed fine. They gave us our room right away and it was clean and updated. My issue was when i went to take a shower there was a roach in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and they kindly changed my room. But when I went back to get my stuff there were even more roaches. Both small and big. While the staff was extremely friendly I just couldn't sleep there comfortably knowing there were so many bugs in my room.

The hotel was very nice inside and looked to be newly renovated. However, we got into the hotel at around 11 pm from the train station and the walk felt a little unsafe but it was a very short walk which helped. Once we got into the hotel lobby it was excellent and I definitely recommend staying if you are going to the train station in the morning.
