「This is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. 「Hotel receptionist and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I felt like they went above and beyond for any requests we made. 「We were picked up at the airport by a wonderful driver, Alex, who offered ideas for places to eat and what to eat. We did as he suggested. Arianna, the host of the hotel, met us and showed us to our spacious, newly renovated room. Fortunately there’s an elevator to accommodate large bags. Napoli is a busy, noisy city, yet our room was calming and quiet. Good stay! 」
