「This apartment obviously hasn't been seen by the owner of the property in a while, or else they have no pride in their listing whatsoever. The floors were filthy (including the rugs), the TV was partially smashed, the sink in the bathroom is literally hanging off the wall and unusable. The smoke detectors are falling off the wall. There are no plates. I'm going to be asking for a refund, the amount we paid to sleep in an uncomfortable bed in a barely habitable apartment is ridiculous. This...

「This was so close to the Trolley & the subway so you could go anywhere you needed easily. The place was so comfy. Would gladly stay there again.」

「The rental was promoted as a large gallery apartment. In fact the bathroom was in the basement. Because someone in our group has a walking disability this is completely impossible. I will take some blame for not communicating to the owner in advance to insure that bedroom and bathroom were on same floor. But the owner should be clearer about the layout. Anybody who has a walking disability cannot stay in this rental」

「The apartment was very clean and house rules, check in, and check out were timely and clear. We appreciated the furnishings, multiple TV's, and space. However, neighbors were noisy either due to thin walls or simply noisy behavior. When people arrived in the apartment above us, we could hear garbled conversation and stomping. Street parking was easy to find, but the streets themselves were rather dirty. At one point there was a small leak in the ceiling. When we reached out about it, we did not...

「The place was good. It met my needs. It looks worn and could use some updating. My biggest issue was both locks on the unit door were inadequate for safety. The lock on the knob was quite wiggly so it was difficult to align the key. The dead bolt on the inside of the door was missing two screws so it was hanging by a thread. The host was very responsive and polite, he let me check in a bit early which I appreciated. I used the laundry facilities two times and things worked great. I used to live...

「I recently enjoyed a stay at the Urban Chic Bell View Apartment. From the moment I arrived and was struck by the modern decor cleanliness of the space. The apartment offers views of the city, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The host was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The communication could have been a bit better. 」

「Clean, comfortable apartment-style place to stay in Philadelphia. It had everything my wife and I needed to enjoy ourselves. 」

「We enjoyed our stay in a pleasant property just a few blocks away from a major public transit line. The manager responded quickly when we contacted him about trouble we had using the TV.」
