In a shared complex with two other units that also can be rented, this two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is the perfect accommodation for small groups coming to explore or work in Philadelphia.

Follow the Goodseed suites sign to the entrance of this unit and step inside to enter the unit through the one bedroom. Immediately notice the brand-new mattress with comfortable linens and a smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows.

Travel down the short hallway to find the small kitchen space providing a full range, refrigerator, table set for two, and small appliances. The kitchen is fully appointed with all the pots, pans, and dishware you need to cook during your stay. Additionally, enjoy a stackable washer and dryer for your use.

Directly off the kitchen is the second bedroom set up as a living space. Featuring a fold-down futon and sitting chair, the space provides an area to unwind at the end of the day while providing sleeping accommodation for the third guest.

Our kitchen Dining table can certainly be used as a workspace for travelling guests. It's designed to be versatile and can serve a variety of functions beyond just food preparation. And it's large enough to accommodate a laptop, papers, or other work materials, making them an excellent choice for a temporary workspace.

Off the kitchen, find the unit’s bathroom featuring a shower tub combination and a low-entry shower making accessibility easier. The bathroom has the essentials, including shampoo, body wash, towels, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.

This location is in the Haddington neighborhood in Philadelphia. Nearby parks include Cobbs Creek, Cobbs Creek, and Haddington Recreation Center.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we require a $179 Refundable Incidnetal fee to be paid prior to your check-in date. This fee is paid directly to us and is fully refundable given the fact no damages had occured to the property and non of our house rules and policies were breached.

Your health and safety are our top priority. We perform an enhanced deep cleaning process between every reservation, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces.

This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours.

There is a $75 pet fee per pet for stays of 7 nights or less. We charge $100 per pet for guests who stay for more than 7 nights. Small dogs are permitted.

As a reminder, we kindly request that pets remain off the bed and sofa during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. We understand that pets can bring great joy, and we hope that you and your pet will have a wonderful stay with us while respecting this request. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

NO SMOKING!
Please refrain from smoking, vaping, or using hookah inside or outside of our apartment. To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy in our premises.

Smoking is permitted outside the building, but we kindly ask that you smoke away from the building and be considerate of other guests.

★ To ensure the safety of all our guests, it is important that the smoke detector batteries remain intact throughout your stay. Removing the smoke detector batteries is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty of $50. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping the smoke detectors functional at all times. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.
