We were happy with our stay here. We found it easy to find the entrance (the foyer is shared with a storefront). There wasn’t an assigned parking space, but garage and surface-lot parking is plentiful within a couple of blocks. The unit was comfortable and very quiet, well-insulated from road noise. It could be a bit better maintained, but overall we were very satisfied with the value and with our stay.

Little trouble getting in the lockbox but there was a typo in the code given. Great area with parking lot right across the street

the apartment was not the cleanest, no washcloths, only 2 plastic cups, the bathroom ceiling was not painted, patches of drywall, towel holder fell off and cold/hot water were opposite, we ended up leaving a day early, losing money, there was so much wrong I cant even list it all

We never got instructions to get in and host never replied to message. We arrived at the location and tried calling host but it went to Vrbo main number. They also tried contacting host with no luck. We had to find a hotel. Vrbo refunded our money but obviously this was the worst experience possible with this host.

Weekend Stay

The location is great! There was a single parking space that the host kindly made available to us. Having two bathrooms (one en-suite) was a definite plus. Alena was helpful, though initial contact was slow and confusing, therefore a little disconcerting. The space itself was as described, though poorly stocked. There weren’t any glasses or mugs. The bathrooms had towels, but no washcloths or hand towels. It wasn’t a huge problem as our stay was very short and there is a DD on the corner. One of the lights in the living room didn’t work, making for a rather dim space. Because our stay was just two nights and we were rarely there we didn’t bother mentioning anything, I’m sure Alena would have responded and sorted things out, had she known.

This apartment has a generous amount of space particularly for where it is located. We liked having two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Communication with the host was easy and she was very helpful. We also were able to utilize a small parking space on the property for an additional fee. We fit our Hyundai Tucson. If the space didn’t work for you, there are tons of parking options very close as well as public transit. We do wish the space was a bit cleaner overall. In particular, the kitchen and the couches. We found there to be an unpleasant odor on the couches. Although there are some available kitchen items, I would recommend bringing things (additional cups, pots, pans) if you want to ensure that you can utilize this space how you’d like.We travelled with our two young children (2yo and 4yo). There was plenty of room for them to play. We easily fit our pack n’ play in one of the bedrooms. There also is a bathtub which was helpful for the kids, though there was not stopper but we improvised. Overall, would recommend for the location, parking, and space. Just wish it was cleaner.
