「Fun to stay in a building and room with history. Was a bit difficult to be on the fourth floor with no elevator. Would stay again but on a lower floor. Enjoyed the food choices near by. Parking was right next door.」

「The property was super charming, loved that it had some character to it but still felt modern in lots of ways. It’s super hard to find both. It feels like you’re sleeping over in a mansion from the 1800’s and it’s a super cool vibe. The owners were super kind, they upgraded our room, helped us navigate our reservations and our time around. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend it!」

「Element Philadelphia Downtown に6泊しました。清潔な居心地の良い客室や、バラエティ豊富な朝食も非常にすばらしかったです。しかしそれ以上に印象的な出来事がありました。片方の靴底がはがれてしまい困っていた時、ホテルのスタッフに接着剤を購入できる場所を相談したところ15分くらいかかる店で買えるという返事でした。買ってきてくれるとのことだったので後で払うのでお願いしますとお願いしたところ、購入代金は不要との返事でした。その場で接着しアメリカの広い空港内の離発着ゲートの間を長時間歩く間、修理した靴底は持ち、無事日本に帰宅できました。本当にありがとうございました。」
