Huge shout out to both Evelyn and Andres at the front desk such hospitable incredible wise and friendly staff. It was so good here and especially happy hour that we extended the trip by day. "My husband and I stayed at Chachagua rainforest for 5 nights last week; Master Bungalow. The tree houses were sold out ☹️. Such a beautiful, peaceful, safe, and breathtaking resort . The scenery is gorgeous: hot springs, rivers, trees, flowers. Daily housekeeping: linens, towels, bathrobes are replaced by fresh and clean ones. Wonderful staff who payed close attention to our needs: Maria❤️🌸, Enersto, Ericka , Nathalie , Kimberly, Roberto, Gretchen , Emma , Karen. ( sorry I forgot some names). Staff of Thermo et Colibri restaurants; tour guy, the spa’s ladies; thank you💕. Driver Norman; thank you for driving us from Chachagua to Guanacaste safely. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Chachagua Rainforest resort for making our stay so memorable and unforgettable❤️."
