"That stuff there were absolutely amazing. The rooms Were all cleaned every day. I had Forgotten my face wash so I used a warm towel to wash my makeup. The hotel tried to charge me 800bht for supposedly damaging two towels. They told me that the towels would have to get deep cleaned. Which amazed me because it would probably cost them less to simply replace the towels and one towel in Thailand does not cost 400 bht. "They made me take a room that was not cleaned. There were hair in the bed and under the sheets when I checked in. There is no wifi. No toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. And the lady at reception was upset that I was asking for these things. "Ali House Patong was an excellent decision. The location was super convenient and you can tell the rooms have been recently renovated. Very clean, spacious and modern. Ali was also an excellent host and went out of his way to accommodate and give me recommendations on where to go etc. The staff were also wonderful and very accomodating.
