"Hébergement au top tant sur l'emplacement que sur la prestation elle-même. Les espaces sont suffisants et l'aménagement est de qualité.Que du plus sur cette location. Quant à l'agence immo ORPI, ils sont professionnels, disponibles et à l'écoute. Ce sont de vrais pros ! Ca fait du bien de savoir qu'on peut compter sur eux. Ces vacances étaient vraiment super à Vieux Boucau. "

La salle d'eau a été refaite à neuf et est très jolie. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais c'est largement suffisant pour les vacances . Merci au propriétaire Benoît pour sa gentillesse. "Location très chère, 723€, par rapport à la qualité des équipements et notamment le canapé lit qui a une très mauvaise literie. Nous sommes partis 1 jour avant car nous avions trop mal au dos pour continuer à y dormir. L'agence de location n'a pas tenu compte de nos remarques sur l'état de la literie, le sommier est en mauvais très état. Ce problème a déjà été signalé depuis 2021 ! Inacceptable de louer un bien dans ces conditions !"
