"Excellent!! Very clean room and facility. Friendly staff at every encounter. Breakfast had a good selection and the breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location with wonderful shopping all around the hotel. Nice eateries and shopping in walking distance. "

"prices did not match anywhere, parking was $16 nightly and the breakfast buffet was $23 and it was mediocre. Nice lounge. Pool outside was closed even tho it was it was in high 80s but that was alright. The bar was a nice touch wish it was open maybe an hour extra, midnight is early for a bar but it was so convenient being downstairs. Parking was no issue and plenty of space. Hotel rooms will never be perfect as too many people are in and out but 7.5/10"

"Location, location, location, you just can't do better than the Hyatt Centric at Southpark. The hotel is above average and the staff is terrific, but it's the location that will make your stay memorable."

"I suggest a refresh of the rooms. The carpet is frayed. The slider to my balcony had a problem with the lock. The latch niche in the frame is all cut up. The lighting needs to be updated. It’s very dark and dingy in the rooms. The rooms were comfortable so from a size perspective and all of the furniture in the rooms was useful and helpful. It just really needs to be updated. Thank you."
