And when the snow gives way to warmer weather, Pioche seamlessly connects to an extensive network of over 40 miles of hiking and biking trails. Enjoy the Jordanelle State Park, just minutes away, by taking a plunge into the fresh mountain water, boating, and any other water activities.
The Space
This stylish studio is your perfect home away from home. Unwind in comfort on a brand new (2024) queen mattress with plush pillows and a cozy comforter for a restful night's sleep. For extra guests, enjoy a nights sleep on the new (2024) sofa bed. A large walk-in closet is provided for all your storage needs. Adjacent to the queen bed, a large window to enjoy majestic views of the valley and Jordanelle State Park.
Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 4K Smart TV, ready for you to stream your favorite shows and movies. Stay productive with free high-speed internet.
The well-equipped kitchen features modern amenities including a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, and a complete set of dishes and utensils for your culinary needs.
Refresh and rejuvenate in the full bathroom complete with a vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower, with all towels provided for your convenience.

Additional Information:
- Parking available outside, parking pass is required and found inside the home.
- Paid onsite laundry facility just steps down the hall. Pay with your phone. No coins required.

Upon arrival, If you identify concerns or issues, contact PMI Park City immediately using the contact information provided in your check-in email or the welcome book. For after-hours communication, leave a message, and we will strive to promptly return your call. Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.
CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.
INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
