The fourth suite in the lower level has two sets of Queen bunk beds. The top-level king suite and the lowest level bunk suite are both situated to have their own levels of the home. The Twin roll away must be requested by email in advance of arrival if set up is needed.

The garage at this residence is being remodeled into a ski room for guest use and will no longer accommodate vehicles. The property's heated driveway offers parking for one mid sized SUV and is ideal for immediate access into the home. Ski and equipment storage will be available in the garage. There is no street parking allowed in Park City proper during winter months. Off street parking for one vehicle only.
