Pros:1. The bed and bedding was of good quality.2. The kitchen was better stocked than the lack of good pictures that showcase the good aspects of the kitchenette, shows. There were heavy plates, good cups, a full array of tools such as several good quality knives, stir spoons, whisk and even scissors. There was excellent quality of pots and frying pans. The coffee machine and the toaster, worked 100%.3. The bathroom is large and well lit.4. The shower has one small step over frame to step into the shower - wonderful - as we strongly dislike bath tubs.5. There is a heated towel rack and heated floor in the bathroom. 5. The shower is large and even has a bench.7. Since the suite is inside the courtyard and the big doors are closed/locked at night, it is quiet and I felt safe. The big gate doors between the courtyard and the street, can be opened at any time, with a pass code, so a person is not locked inside just because the court yard doors are closed and locked.8. Nathan is a representative of the company, and he met us on site when we arrived. Nathan showed us around the suite and explained about how the big gate doors and the smaller after hours man-door worked. It was a perfect start with a good orientation to the start of our stay at this residence. 9. The T.V. is mounted in a perfect place and height for watching the news at the end of the day, while relaxing on the bed.
