「The neighborhood is amazing! The apartment was great except the drain to the shower clogged and became unusable. Tried contacting the host with no success. Otherwise, great apartment and amazing neighborhood. 」

「The location is great, safe, close to transit, and plenty of restaurants nearby. However a couple of things: 1. No AC, if the weather is 60 at night, opening the windows works, otherwise it could be warm at night; 2. The bathroom sink leaked when we were there, called the rental company a few times, they never fixed it the whole week we were there; 3. The shower door doesn’t keep water inside, so water get outside to the floor almost every time one showers; 4. They give a couple of shampoo and...

「Jimmy was a great and attentive host! Great location, 5th floor, but has an elevator if needed! 」

「The apartment is just as described, and perfectly situated. The neighborhood is lovely, with so many cafes, restaurants, and sites all within walking distance. Miguel is a great host and very responsive, and took great care in cleaning the apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much. There are indeed 102 steps up to the apartment, which ensured we got our exercise each day! : 」

「年末年始に利用しました。家主のルイは人柄がよく親切で何かと世話を焼いてくれます。部屋は簡素で掃除が行き届いていて清潔。リビングだけ夜は少し寒いですが、他は最上階にかかわらず暖かかった。エレベーターを降りて可愛らしい階段を少し上がったところに部屋はあります。その階段に不便は全く感じなかった。日中出かけていてあまり部屋にいることはなかったけれど、いろんなところに小さな天窓があって明るい。駅近で、メトロも縦横2本通ってるので便利。週末のチェックインには通常追加料金がかかるようです」

「The key instructions were clear, the flat was clean, and everything was as advertised. The location is fantastic. 」

Vous y trouverez les meilleurs spots de falafel et des boulangeries incroyables. L'appartement est propre, confortable et bien équipé. L'hôte était sympathique et facile à communiquer avec, ce qui a rendu l'enregistrement et le départ très simples.」

「Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce studio. Le quartier est agréable et tous les services sont à proximité (à pied). Par temps chaud, le ventilateur était essentiel. Beau studio pour un couple mais à mon avis, un peu étroit pour 4 adultes. Merci pour tout!」

「Apartment was perfect. Lively neighborhood loaded with restaurants and easy access to both RER and metro. 5-10 minute walk to both the Louvre and Notre Dame. Food markets nearby which, with the functional kitchen, allowed us to save a little by cooking for ourselves. Our host, Francoise, was responsive and check in was simple. Everything exceeded our expectations.」
