"First of all, every single person at this hotel was wonderful. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. As tourists who don’t speak the language, we were especially grateful for how welcoming and accommodating everyone was. Every interaction made us feel valued and at home. The rooms and facilities far exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and full of character. There was a unique charm throughout the hotel that made us feel immersed in the magic of Paris from the moment we arrived. Visiting Paris had been a dream of ours for years, and this hotel played a big part in making that dream so special. While it is certainly an investment, the level of service, comfort, and overall experience make it absolutely worth it. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris. ⭐️🇫🇷✨"

"Nice place. The Junior Suite was spacious but a little dated. We also stayed in a superior room during another part of the trip and it was also nice but a bit smaller. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate but I would recommend going to Moon Croissant around the corner for world class pastries."

"Stayed here with my daughter for a 3 day Paris trip. Great location! We went to Disneyland Paris and Gare Du Lyon station is literally next door from which we got the RER A train directly into Disneyland. Staff are super friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. Easy to check in and check out on the ipads in reception. Room was spotless and bigger than I thought it would be. My daughter loved that everything could be controlled through an ipad. Would be nice to have a little coffee machine in the room as I can't start my day without one :) but lots of cafes and coffee shops on the doorstep. I would definitely stay here again."

"There was never any soap in the bathroom sink. The entire 4 days we stayed at this hotel. We even went down to the desk and asked for soap on our second day, they said they would send someone up with it. Never got any soap. Weird"
Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

"Food especially breakfast was really nice. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 was because I struggled to get the TV to work. The remote control for the most part never worked despite being changed 3 times and I was unable to stream Netflix or anything else on the TV. Other than that minor issue the hotel was wonderful. A great location, lots of local amenities. I would have no hesitation in staying there again, which is the best recommendation."

"Hotel was located near to Metro and bus routes - also walkable to a lot of areas. We walked from Gare Du Nord (Eurostar train station). Room was clean but needed some repair - door hand in bathroom was loose, not really a bother. Plenty of restaurants around the area. Good choice at breakfast - both hot and cold food. Staff very helpful and pleasant."
