The Urban Flat in Paris Team is happy to welcome you in this charming apartment in the heart of Paris.



We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.



A second life was given to this old sewing boutique. A Mona Lisa lover, as perfectionist as Leonardo Da Vinci, decided to refurbished and redesigned so it would look perfect. In chocolate and gold tones, the living room thanks to its large window on the ceiling brings light all day inside the aligned with the open kitchen, the apartment offers a warm and cozy setting. Seat on the sofa or on the stools at the bar and enjoy your breakfast and don’t forget, the Mona Lisa herself is watching you!



The workshop is located neither in Rome nor in Amboise but in the heart of the liveliest area of Paris between Sentier and the Grands Boulevards in the famous Saint-Denis street, a district famous for its "Parisian Women" and trendy restaurants. Leonardo da Vinci would have probably loved this artistic neighbourhood full of textile, theaters and gastronomie. Few steps away from Republique, the Marais or the Opera, all ways leads to the Louvre where you’ll get to contemplate the real Mona Lisa.



The workshop has been completely renovated to accommodate up to 5 people.

Children are welcome however the neighborhood is not ideal for a family.



The tourist tax of is applicable.



Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.



ATTENTION: Parties are strictly prohibited there and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without compensation and on the spot
