The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming.」

「I had my DoorDash order taken by another guest from outside my room. By the time the staff reviewed the cameras and figured out what room they were in, they had eaten nearly all the food. The hotel did reimburse me back the cost of the DoorDash order. Thank you. 😊」

「Good place to just crash for the night but if you got a room for 4, get a suite because the basic rooms are very small and with 4 people theres not much room at all to move around in. And not much outlets for everyone to charge their phones and other electronic devices people have today」

「The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. One woman stood in front of my door and barked orders at some other people apparently far from where...
