"This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in this year. I feel even the more upscale hotels have started cutting corners when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. This establishment hit the nail on the head with their overall appearance and customer service. From check in to check out, we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again. It's also kid friendly."

"The property is undergoing renovations at the moment, so it's not surprising that it's not as tidy as other hotels. However, that didn't present any issues as it was very quiet during the evening and night time, the staff was very pleasant, and the rest of the property was clean/tidy. The breakfast was the normal continental breakfast... pancakes, eggs, sausage, English muffins, bread, cupcakes, cereal, apples and oranges, and yogurt. I unfortunately can't eat 95% of that due to dietary restrictions so I was grateful for the 5% I could eat. That brings said, I really, really, really wish they had more options for those with restricted diets # high fat (keto) or high fiber diets."

"This was our second stay. Rooms are clean and staff accommodating! This time the heat in our room was not working and when we realized it, the staff had us in a new room within 10 minutes. Breakfast has lots of choices and close, but not too close to the interstate so nice and quiet overnight!"

"Very relaxing cottage to stay in. Water view is beautiful and so many birds to see. Cottage is equipped very nicely with anything you might need. Hope to return when the weather is warm to take the canoe out. Had our first snowfall while were there. "
