"Overall, this is a nice property with lots for families to do. I will say this is the costliest vacation I’ve had in quite some time. The restaurants are way over priced. The cabana’s and daybeds at the beach are the most expensive I’ve ever paid with the worst service. If you are looking for a relaxing “cabana day” this is not the hotel. We weren’t brought towels or ice to our cabana and were given a very limited menu of food to choose from. The spa is under construction, however, you still pay premium spa prices even though there is not relaxation room and your service takes place in a standard hotel room. I will say the staff at the Cove pool were great as well as the wait staff at Seafire Steakhouse. That was our best dinner. "

"We recently stayed at The Reef at Atlantis while I was travelling for work, and it worked well for both business and family. From a family perspective, it was a great choice. The kids absolutely loved the water park, and the aquarium is genuinely spectacular — there was always something to explore. They also really enjoyed the kids’ club, which gave them some independence and variety during the stay. My husband made the most of the casino, so there was truly something for everyone. The room itself was a highlight. Having a full kitchen gave us much-needed flexibility, especially when travelling with children, and made the stay far more comfortable and convenient. From a work standpoint, the location was very practical. It was easy to get to and from meetings, which made balancing work and family time much smoother. The main area for improvement would be the food. The options felt somewhat limited, and the overall quality could be better given the standard of the resort. Overall, it’s a very good option if you’re looking to combine work and family travel, with plenty to keep everyone entertained, but with some room to improve on dining."

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked through them. The food is ok. For this price we were expecting more. "
