「The second day the electricity was out the entire day. From 11:30 until 1 or 2 in the morning. We had to insist on showering in another room and they acted inconvenienced. The third day there was no hot water the entire day or night. They knew this would happen but didn’t advise us. We had to insist on moving again, and they acted inconvenienced. 「This resort was perfect for us. We had a problem at first when we checked in with the view from our balcony ...it was that of a utility wall covering. The front desk did a great job of allowing us to move to another room even though we traveled during a very busy spring break period. We had a two bedroom lockout and it was perfect for our two families. My Daughters family stayed in the larger unit and was able to fit a crib and a blow up toddler bed in the bedroom.
