It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

This beach is just 10 minutes walking away from Tulum Ruins, lot of sea weed at this beach, nobody cleans it. Take a boat tour for $150 pesos per person to go snorkel and swim with the sea turtles and rays.
