Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...

「The food was terrible. I ordered chicken tenders and fries from the bar. The tenders looked like they had been baked and then burned in a pan instead of dropped in a fryer.
