"I am leaving a 2-star review because, while the resort is located in a beautiful setting and may be suitable for celebrations or events, the overall guest experience was disappointing. The resort appeared to be very unorganized, and the staff lacked the proper knowledge and professionalism expected in hospitality. Basic necessities such as toilet paper, soap, and other essential items were not readily provided, which created unnecessary inconvenience during the stay. The property itself has great potential, but improvements in customer service, communication, and overall guest accommodations are definitely needed."

"The hotel has poor cleaning and poor maintenance all around. The check in has long lines and the room wasn't ready at 6pm and check out is at 11am. Like 7hrs to be ready and not.not upgrades offers for the lateness, not even late check outs.The pool bar never is opend, no muisic no food no drinks etc.... the breakfast should be more extended the turist dont whant to wakeup early... the carpet all of it needs to upgrade. "

"Parking can be a challenge due to popularity of the banquet facilities. Teenagers will have an amazing time. Lots of activities for them to do! Area is nice. Beach is not very large, but accommodating for small groups. Food is good. Guest services nice. Go off the resort to Calle 6."

"We had an amazing stay in Puerto Rico and would absolutely stay here again! The host was very professional, kind, and incredibly quick with communication throughout our trip. Any accommodations or questions we had were handled honestly and with their best effort, which we really appreciated.The home itself was spacious, clean, updated, and well put together. Everything worked great, the lighting was bright, and the AC was AMAZING — definitely appreciated in Puerto Rico lol. There were 8 of us staying and we still had plenty of room, making it perfect for both family time and personal space.We also loved how close the beach was, along with the gated community and pool access. The area felt very safe, and parking was easy and convenient.One thing we especially appreciated was the canned goods the host donated for us since we couldn’t take them back — such a thoughtful gesture.Overall, this was a wonderful experience and we’d definitely love to come back in the future!"
