The property is great for the price especially in comparison to ones 15-20 minutes down the road. The lady Anna at the front desk is super amazing! So friendly and helpful! There are several options for great authentic Puerto Rican food super close and even a shopping mall and several other food options about 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrible. When we arrived they can’t find our reservation. Later we find out that they gave our room to another person. They offered us an apartment a few blocks from the hotel. You can tell that this place was an office building before. It is noisy, the street is in front of the door. The tiles in the bathroom are dirty, the sink was loose and the sink faucets have mildew. It smells awful and the beds and night tables looks old, poorly made. The bedside lamp is broken. The walls need paint. And the a/c does not cool. Finally a dead cockroach in the hallway. Never again.

Ana did an amazing job in making sure we didn’t need anything. She greeted us daily, often asked if we needed anything. She offered us coffee we didn’t know we had access too. She always smiled and was very pleasant.

I was only at the property for around 9 something at night until 4am so I didn’t explore but it was close to the airport which is what I wanted. I believe you get what you pay for but I paid tooooo much. There was no toilet paper in the room. The shower area was rusted everywhere and there were literally hairs EVERYWHERE, from the bed to the tables, floors and all over the bathroom. The bathroom floors didn’t look to clean either. The blinds was busted and broken. I was so disgusted and slept fully dressed making sure my skin didn’t touch anything. I could not wait until the morning so I could get the airport. I have writing reviews like this but clearly since ppl are lying on their reviews I need to let ppl know. The guy at the front desk was nice but that is all the positive I can honestly say. I would have left but to be honest I’m a female alone late at night and an area I know nothing about. I just locked myself in my room.

Very nice to stay overnight when you need to be in San Juan early next day to avoid the crazy rush hour traffic when coming from Caguas and Humacao..
