「If I could give this place zero stars I would. Man knocking on my door claiming he was maintenance at 11pm at night. No peephole on door to see to see who it was. I yelled through door we did not ask for maintenance. We did not feel safe. I told 3 different people who worked at property and left the next morning- no refund of nights I didn't stay. 「We loved our stay! The one bedroom with kitchen was perfect for our family of 4. Pool was big with enough space for everyone. Beach was gorgeous, pretty wavy/dangerous for swimming if untrained. Activities were great, workout area was great and never too busy. Restaurant was also good when we ate/drank there. We loved the ground floor room with walkout to pool area. 「This is the second time I stay here for my trip and never had issues but this time housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room, I had to call the front office to ask why. I did not have the DND sign up and it took hours to get the roomed cleaned I did not like that. 」

「Noisy, granola bars with coffee for the price of this hotel was shameful. The common area was sparce-patio tables and a few unbrellas indoors. Too much traffic, construction, loud people but I guess that's what you get for staying in the center of Old San Juan. Will not recommend this property to anyone who wishes a decent nights sleep. Very disappointing for the end of a good trip.Should have expected and done more research. 」
