The large kitchen is well-equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a freezer, as well as a dining table and an exit leading to the patio and swimming pool. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, WC, a separate shower room with WC, and a double hand-basin on this level.
