Mesquite Modern Dream has everything on your check list: Immaculately maintained, this condo features a recently remodeled shower, updated kitchen with quartz countertops, newer appliances, and new windows and sliders, as well as a brand-new AC/heating unit.
The bedroom offers a comfortable bed with smart TV and easy patio access. Just outside the door, is the bathroom that has a renovated walk in shower.
The living room opens to a private outdoor patio, perfect for relaxation or entertaining, with peaceful green space views. Outside, there are 2 patios for dining, grilling dinner, cocktails and generally enjoying the awesome Palm Springs weather.
Mesquite Country Club offers tennis and all the amenities you'd expect, while situated in the “wind-free south end” of Palm Springs and just minutes from shopping, restaurants nd all the conveniences you'd desire in a vacation. This unit is located in Phase 4 of the community and offers numerous pools, spas as well as a lighted tennis court.
