"Amenities, Rooms , location, were excellent!! Only downfall was paying for the room…. Even though my Credit card was supposed be on file. This took 3 attempts because somehow had to pay hotel bill… then informed that needed to pay 100 AED ($30) for resort fee…. Then pulled out of my taxi on my way to airport infront of the hotel for 40 AED city tax… These all had to be paid by my physical Credit Card even though I had 1000 AED deposit on my CC… I was furious at the end stating this is how people loss or forget luggage, wallets etc at 6 am heading to the airport!!!!!"
