「Very clean but small studio in a safe neighborhood very close to Wellington Equestrian Center and dining options. Apt has a separate entrance. Motion detector activated lights helps for entry after dark. Ample bedroom with desk, sofa. Large TV with basic cable. Coffee nook and half fridge. No kitchen or appliances other than Keurig. If you want to eat anything bring your own plates, cups and utensils. Quiet other than occasional barks from the homeowner’s dog - but if you close the door to...

「Beautiful clean unit with a responsible host! Check in was easy, and the unit was reasonably priced and just what we needed. Except for; the listing says air conditioned yet there is no thermostat in the unit. Every day the unit was comfortable, but at night time it got excessively hot. I had to message the host each time I wanted the unit cooler and it didn’t really seem successful. For a listing that isn’t a room in a house, it’s its own studio apartment, I should have my own temperature...

「Single traveller. The apartment was spacious enough for two in terms of sleeping and luggage, although for eating or working it would definitely be more comfortable for one.It could have been a little cleaner in places, but there was a very generous supply of towels — more than enough even for two guests.Communication with the host was good and responsive throughout, and the location worked very well for me.Overall, good value for the price. 」

「Our Hostess Tracey was amazing. We were welcomed with snacks and champagne, even some hard lemonades in the fridge. It was clean and the AC was cold. Just what we needed. A great place for the proximity to the concert venue. We had a hard time with the code and she answered right away!」
