The property is a hidden gem—you only realize its charm once you step through the first gate, as they’ve beautifully preserved the city’s historic architecture. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the heart of Palermo. We loved the stylish décor and all the services offered, especially the healthy breakfast. Carlota was amazing—always helpful, friendly, and available. She assisted us with booking visits and shared excellent tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the entire team, particularly on our last day: even though we hadn’t informed them that we would skip breakfast, they kindly waited past the usual time just in case. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot. We will definitely return!"
