"The room was very clean and decorated in an elegant, classic palace style that I really liked. The staff were kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay, making the whole experience comfortable and welcoming."
"Perfection, many hotels like to call themselves 4-5 star but when we checked into the Bernini Palace we KNEW we were in a true 5 star. Amazing service, historic building in a great location in Florence. Incredible restaurant (Michelin star territory) and breakfast to die for. The room was fantastic and we never heard a SOUND from outside during the night.
We have all plans on going back to Florence for an extended stay and the Bernini Palace will be one of the reasons! "
"Great place to stay for a couple of days walking around Florence.
The room was very large and regularly cleaned and remade, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate and the service was perfect. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was a 15 walk through some rambling streets but no problem, even with a medium sized wheeled suitcase.
The only improvements I would look for would be a kettle in the room and replenishment of water. We got two small bottles on arrival but nothing after that.
