"Everything about this stay was excellent. Marco was able to check us in early because the rooms were cleaned quickly. That trend continued all stay long. Very clean hotel with great service. Shower got very hot and had good pressure. Beds were good but the pillows were very flat.
Fresh and free European breakfast every morning to start the day off right. Room was decent sized for Europe with a flat screen TV with lots of channels. The toilet was totally retro.
Location is amazing. Staff is great. I would highly recommend."
"Great location, breakfast was fabulous with both sweet and savory items, room was spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend and stay here again if traveling back to Florence."
"We had a wonderful stay during Christmas. Our flight was cancelled and we didn’t get in until the next morning but the staff was so accommodating and able to get us in our room right away. The room was lovely and even though we were there during a busy time, once the windows were closed, the room was pretty quiet. If we ever find ourselves in Florence again, we’ll definitely stay here.
