More enjoyable than the Four Seasons!

Absolutely fantastic stay, staff were excellent - very accommodating and really went the extra mile to make our stay as special as possible. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable/clean. Excellent hotel bar and outdoor dining space on the square - perfect for people watching. Breakfast one of the best we've had! Stayed previous night at the Four Seasons and have to say that - pool and tranquil setting aside - The Savoy surpassed in every other quantifiable way! Location is brilliant too and hotel is well insulated from the noise.

Staff from Savoy Hotel made us feel ao much at home and everyone was so friendly and helpful that we extended our stay in Florence instead of going back to Rome city centre before flying home. Mr Ruggero Vannini (Head Concierge) was extremely helpful in ensuring our train tickets were swiftly booked. The restaurant staff were very attentive and we had some nice conversations with the staff there. Florence is an excellent city and Hotel Savoy is the place to stay as it is so convenient to walk to the wonderful sights and sounds that this city offers. We highly recommend!
