「This was a beautiful experience. My family was a group of 10 and we all loved it. My only regret is not staying longer. The house is beautiful and had charm and character. The exposed courtyard, architecture and styling takes you back to the 1700's. The communication was excellent with Andres. The service was great. The breakfast they prepared was typical and delicious! I can't stay enough about the whole experience.」

「The staff was extremely courteous. The only drawback was that this hotel functions more like a bed and breakfast -- many functions are managed by a larger facility down the street. Again, the staff is great, but there is sometimes a delay while they have to check with someone in the other hotel for special requests or financial matters. 」

「Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!」
