This hotel is stunning! It is in a very convenient location and very walkable. The staff of the hotel specifically Rey & Elizabeth were so extremely helpful. I’m grateful that I was able to explore Cartagena from this location. In also a female solo traveler so I felt very safe!

The staff was amazing! Rey took care of us and providing options to dine nearby. The only concern is the room facing courtyard is not soundproof so picks up all the noise and sounds of other guest. Otherwise despite that...everything else outweighs the noise.

very nice hotel Staff was amazing. premium products in the bathroom etc. breakfast included options were not that great, but food wasn't bad. Housekeeping cleans the room twice in the day. ACs are v effective in the so hot n humid weather
