"Very nice room! Had an issue with the air conditioner but staff came right up and fixed it right away. Very helpful and sweet! Hotel is also in a great area, will be back again!"

"Everything was great except for parking. The parking garage is very small and tight. Do not plan to bring a large vehicle here. Otherwise, great place for the price!"

"The place is clean and safe and well located. The staff are friendly. I’m updating review after multiple stays because: The digital system doesn’t work and requires more staff effort to go back and fix errors. Trying to save money by skimping on little things is obvious: the fancy coffee maker in the guest lobby is always out of milk, the fancy refillable shampoo and soap dispenser in each shower is broken because it’s cheaply made. The elevators are often not working."

"Parking was limited and if you get back late, you have to park on the street. The bedding is ugly as hell however, the bedsheets were clean and comfortable. The current bedspreads gave that 70s vibe. When you first walk into the room, there’s this musty smell and the ceiling above the shower needs to be looked at this is room 218."
