Albergo a Pahalgam

Piacevole albergo immerso nella natura in una zona tranquilla vicino al fiume. Camere Deluxe spaziose con balconi e vista sul giardino. In una camera abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua (fredda la sera e troppo calda la mattina). Servizio discreto, colazione basica, ma servita nel bel giardino.

worst hotel in pahalgam

cheapest chines bulbs in ceiling,wi-fi service not available.behaviour of manager is very rude.electricity problem.warm water not available full time.poor breakfast,cook is absent.dust was seen everywhere.call to customer care but not any response.very bad experience.

The room and the location of the hotel was good. However, the room service was very poor. Further, the room was located in isolation with nobody to attend. There was no intercom. After 6.30 pm it was all alone.Room boys was not around. Though the room had a beautiful location and view security wise it could have been danger.

Good location, poor service

Spent two nights in October 2013, with disappointing service. My mum and I struggled with the largely ignorant, somewhat rude and laid-back staff. There were only 3 occupied rooms including ours, in this hotel with 20-30 rooms. Phones went unanswered, power cuts through the night with no generator facility the first night. And a very rude staff member who yelled at my mum during our second morning saying the manager only reached at 8:00 am and this half-asleep chap was not to be disturbed. His grouse? She wanted the generator to be switched on at 6:00 am to run the heater - since we had no electricity through the night. The kitchen staff only managed good tea with trouble getting us basic toast! Glad we didn't eat the rest of the meals here! (Nathu's in the market area was our go-to place) The hotel is 2 odd kms away from the Pahalgam market, glad we had our cab (we hired it in Jammu) to ferry us to and fro. (for the rest of sightseeing in Pahalgam, one has to hire cabs from the local taxi stand). Not worth the INR 3,300 that we spent per night. There were cheaper hotels aplenty in Pahalgam and us having paid the entire amount online seemed to be a major backfire.

Lifeless beautiful hotel

Cons:- 1) Far away from town centre 2) Room Heater was provided only when asked 3) Hot water was not available during early morning and night, though authorities claim boiler was on 4) No one was available in reception in the morning before 8 AM which delayed our journey to Gulmarg 5) Food was tasty but pathetic for stomach 6) No room service for lunch or dinner. Had to go out to dining hall which was cold and the door does not close properly. 7) Can not close the room door from inside. You can only lock it. Pros:- 1) Nice private lider river flowing beside hotel 2) Clean garden and lawn

Nice hotel close to the water front

# We opted for standard room which was okay. # Wi-Fi range is pathetic. The hotel staff couldn't help / didn't want to improve upon this facility. One has to struggle to get connected.

My hotel experience

Only negative point is quite far away from the main city. One way taxi charge to Pahalgam bus stand is Rs 150.

Excellent Service.

Media & Politicians has branded Kashmir as Miltants state, The fact remains it has lowest crime rate and very good people. One can walk safely in Kashmir at Midnight and that is fact !

The location is great, but the general upkeep of the hotel was very tacky. No proper dining room.
