Poor Costomer service from Management

With the problems I was having with my advance fully paid booking for 10 days, I could not meet the manager of the hotel to resolve it despite promises of coming to see me soon. They hotel cant process credit card or take foreign currency as deposit even when you arrive late to get local currency. I had to leave for a far better hotel. Location of the the hotel is good but needs management

another hotel Hotels.com does not actually have

Hotel was fine. But this is yet another hotel that dropped Hotels.com, but this service stilll lists. I get there, and they did not have the confirmation. So I had to pay in cash. And I had to call Hotels.com in the USA via skype to talk to them, and they have a very poor connection. If you are using a hotel out of the USA, call the hotel first to make sure they are actally on Hotels.com. When the program acts like it is contacting the hotel for the reservation, it is not.

I didn't like very much Service wasn't great, the played music antil 2 o'clock morning at the bar my 2 year old baby didn't sleep well that night and my family too it was just to loud..... I Have spoke to the reception they didn't do nothing.... so next time I won't go too that hotel

Nice hotel in the Owerri Municipal

Had a great stay at Fullmoon Hotel. The hotel staff exuded great customer service. The place was very clean. Car hire service is available. Almost everything about this hotel is great. The only problem I had with the hotel is with their food service. Theironically food tasted okay, however, their buffet-style meals are not always served hot. You are only able to get food hot only if you came in to the restaurant early about the first 1-2 hours. Also, the room service (a la cart) meals, takes forever to be delivered to the room. I suggest that the hotel improve on their speed of delivering food requests, as well making sure that the food in the restaurant is served hot at all times. The wifi was not contant. Otherwise, I do recommend this hotel, it's safe and secured. I will definitely come to this hotel.

Nothing to do within the area, small beds, no toiletries in the bathroom. Receptionist was very helpful,he checked us in without extra charges as we couldn't check in on the supposed day.
