"This was one of the best boutique hotels that I have stayed in. The entire staff is extremely kind and generous, the hotel is beautiful, and the breakfasts are amazing. We had to leave early on our last day and when I asked about taking a small breakfast with us, they offered to pack a full breakfast for us and they did exactly that. My son and I appreciated that so much as we had a long day of travel ahead of us. The location is perfect for getting around the city and for accessing all the amazing transportation options that Bilbao offers. If you’re looking for a large hotel with a gym and other large communal spaces, this is not that, but if you’re looking for an intimate, private – feeling hotel, where they get to know you individually, you should definitely stay here. I can’t recommend it enough."

Appreciated the touch of l’Occtaine soaps, convenience of the affordable hotel restaurant for breakfast, and bar. There is a Michelin restaurant ‘Ola’ which we didn’t try. Staff were extremely helpful with recommendations, spoke English and pleasant. We would definitely return if we visit Bilbao again."
